Clean, comfy, quiet room.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The carpets on every floor smelled of mildew, and I found myself constantly irritated with my breathing due to the air quality. Additionally, our door didn’t close properly unless it was slammed, making it feel unsafe. Overall, the experience was far from what I expected.

Great location but needs work.

The stay was okay overall. The location is super convenient, which is a plus. The room was decent, but there was black mold around the windows and water damage. We enjoyed the breakfast options though! One thing that was annoying was the slow elevator, it took forever to get down. Just needs some TLC, ya know?

The room we were first given had water all over the

floor due to a malfunctioning A/C unit, leaving us with soaked socks. We were moved to another room, but issues persisted with musty smells and bugs. However, the staff were responsive to our needs, which was a plus.

We had a fantastic family stay! The kids loved visiting the nearby Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway, and the hotel felt like home with its spacious rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast area was clean and well-stocked, making it easy for everyone to start the day right.

My kids wished the pool had been open during our visit. It would be great if the hotel could keep families informed about pool availability, especially when kids are excited to swim.

Comfortable room, great location, with the close proximity to the dog area providing easy access for pet walks and the convenient on-site parking accommodating my truck and boat trailer.

Super clean space with great amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and coffee machine. Super comfy two queen beds in the room. The bathroom has all the basics like shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer. Breakfast had tasty waffles and good coffee. The fitness centre looked nice, though I didn’t use it.

The staff was friendly, but the hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

Just a good pick for a fleeting moment in Bonner Springs with exceptional value. The staff was friendly enough, helping us with a last-minute request for a roll-away bed as we arrived late. Don't expect luxury, but it's convenient if you just want somewhere to crash for the night.
